Robotic surgery

The fact that an operating room (already now, even more so in the near future) will resemble to a large extent an assembly line of objects (photos on the cover and front endpaper) should not be shocking. In any case, there will always be people – operators of the arms – if human presence in health interventions continues to have some significance (in any case, surgeries are performed under anesthesia).

The experts here have their point: nothing can have greater precision of action than a robotic arm.

The only (thing that remains to be seen) is whether the “damages” to these machines (inevitable!) will be fewer and less significant in their consequences than human errors.

As for the aesthetics of the matter; let surgeries be the only places where we willingly “close our eyes” – and what good in the world!!!
