Are you (we are) tired / from the hammering of the hygiene terror campaign? The demagogues say it and say it again… Did they get caught by kindness, sensitivity, compassion? Of course not!!! We must be tired, we must – in the coming months and years – be so tired, so “broken”, to invent so many excuses that we won’t have the appetite for many, many things. And, certainly, for disobedience and objections.
The above article recalls (we support) a key part of the why behind the terror campaign, especially in Western societies. Platforming is one “half” – the other “half” is algorithmic quarantine. Which will begin as a digital “vaccination certificate,” or “passport,” or whatever other name the bosses and their “experts” (not virologists… sociologists and communication experts…) come up with to sell for the generalized digital profiling.
In the upcoming (in a few days…) cyborg 20 there will be an extensive feature on biometrics (in general). (The carabinieri and the pfizerians will surely get angry, but we belong to different universes anyway). For now, some excerpts from the above article, which don’t reveal anything new, on the contrary (what irony!) they bring owls to Athens… The emphasis is ours:
… Digital identities and health passports are presented as the only way to return to normality due to covid-19, but they open the door to an unprecedented system of central surveillance, ultimately leading to the end of personal autonomy through coercion. Although they appear to be optional, those who do not accept them face exclusion from the most fundamental freedoms.
… The EU’s Horizon 2020 program has boosted the biometric industry well before the coronavirus, mainly in security products for police and border control services, providing 1.7 billion euros in funding between 2014 and 2020. This program included a large scale of surveillance technologies, such as iris and facial recognition. An additional 1.3 billion euros will be allocated over the next seven years.
… Among those who have benefited from this program is the French technology company Idermia, which has received 2.91 million from 2017 to 2019. Recently, Idermia won a contract to create a new shared Biometric Identification System, which will upgrade a database of 400 million third-country nationals by 2022, with fingerprint verification and facial recognition for those entering and exiting the Schengen area.
… The E.U. had already shaped a “Road towards Vaccination” [we presented it to you! Digital Camps, Thursday, July 2, 2020….] linked to a digital health passport even before the virus emerged; the latest update of the plan was made in the third quarter of 2019. It contains details about a project extending from 2018 to 2022 to “assess the feasibility of developing a single vaccination passport/card for E.U. citizens” and “to develop E.U. guidelines for establishing a general electronic immunization system.”
Also, among the program’s objectives is “overcoming the legal and technical barriers that hinder the interoperability of national immunization information systems,” while emphasis is placed on the need to strengthen collaborations with the World Health Organization, the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) and Gavi [note: of lord Basil, the Archon of Doors and Windows…] among others, as well as supporting research and innovation through Horizon 2020…
These among other things the article says – and the relentless machine does not belong to those who “fall from the clouds”! The plan for digital docketing not only exists (the official documents are unshakeable!) but has already begun and for European citizens, not only the “foreigners”: with the electronic recording / archiving of everything that is platformed (sorry! doctored we should have said…). The fact that it has not yet been officially announced / imposed in European states is due to two “tactical” reasons. First, the number of “doctored” is still small, while resistance to “doctoring” remains strong. Therefore, if the order for mandatory (sanitary) digital docketing comes out now, it is quite likely that there will be serious (and absolutely justified!) reactions from below. Secondly, not all European states have the infrastructure and software ready. Lithuania, Croatia and Romania are openly further ahead; certainly other state mechanisms are secretly working, in collaboration with digital docketing and monitoring companies. Beyond this, to create the volume of personal data of 400,000,000 Others, we learn that Western bosses and their big tech mafias are trying to “move” (always “experimentally”…) to other parts of the planet; especially in Africa…
Greekstan? The official alliance with the “mysterious” Palantir as well as with Microsoft says a lot. (More and very enlightening details about the first in cyborg 20…)
It seems that European states / bosses are ready and determined to cut the throat of the last pretense about “democracy”, “freedom”, “privacy” and “individual rights” on the butcher’s table of the so-called 4th industrial revolution, building their national databases of digital profiling of their citizens with a starting point (and no end in sight!) the “cookie tracking”… Above all, the health – of the machine!!
The surprise of the sanitization campaign, after a year, has indeed faded; however, they will use all their capabilities to prevent the radical, political formation of a competitive (necessarily: modern anti-state / anti-capitalist) and determined bloc that could expose and block their plans. For this purpose, they will use all the means at their disposal:
– the fascists / far-right / racist bigots as well as provocateurs;
– the paid demagogues and the volunteer “soldiers of the war against the invisible enemy”;
– the armies of paid or unpaid trolls·
– their legal arsenal, with prohibitions, threats, repression;
– the illegal arsenal (of private internet companies) with censorship against anyone who questions the authority and techno-lords;
– the inertia and/or the servility of the petty-bourgeois left and/or far left and their foolish “syndicalism”;
– the emotional / psychological fatigue to the point of leveling off large parts of the populations, who, quite short-sighted, would prefer a mediocre compromise with immediate “gifts / crumbs” rather than a difficult and long-term struggle with an uncertain outcome.
They are not few, they are not insignificant! (For Sarajevo / an unstoppable machine, have no doubt on which side it will be found… And let those who want to rage as much as they like!)
Something remains. The “interoperability” of these digital national compartments. It is not enough for each state to have its own “health card” that will allow its obedient citizens to move where others would be forbidden. They (the former) must firstly be able to travel within the Schengen area and subsequently anywhere on the planet. This means that when their “cards” are scanned, they must have access (at least basic) to the health data (and not only…) of the carrier in the “national database” that corresponds to them. This implies that French or Greek data must be available to the Romanian or Maltese state, and vice versa. How and when will this happen? After how many deals? We don’t know. Nor do we know when, how, or even if the “interoperability” of European citizens’ data with the Russian, Chinese, Cuban, or Iranian state – the reference being indicative – will occur. This is a contest of state powers for the “new gold”; it’s no joke!
There are also other political/technical issues, which we will refer to in the future. However, none of them should lull us to sleep; legitimize inertia, excuses of indifference, compromises….
