“It’s not what you think, my love”… The digital certificate, the “health passport” and the (health) apartheid are neither a digital certificate, nor a “passport”, nor apartheid. So what are they? What does Rimadokoulis say, if the man has ever told the truth?
… A fast-track lane for travel will open, without the restrictions caused by diagnostic tests and mandatory quarantine… Facilitating travel does not only affect countries that host large numbers of tourists, but also air transport and hospitality sectors…
These were declared yesterday at the European tele-summit… Oh well! One concludes that this “fast lane” will not only pass through airports… but also through hotels… Chaos will ensue! Only, the “idea” is not rimadokoulis’; he is simply one of its spokespersons, a poor comedian, a well-meaning collaborator who simply “cooperates” with Pfizer, Microsoft—and Palantir (from this one, everything you should know and be ashamed to ask in the current cyborg 20…).
Almost from the beginning of the hygiene campaign, together with the Western pharmaceutical cartels (which emerged on the horizon as saviors of the world), went hand in hand the digital profiling (starting from personal health data…) along with the passport… And the allied racist bastion of Tel Aviv, the most specialized in apartheid (at the expense of Palestinians for decades), calls things by their names: the “certificate”, the “travel approval”, will obviously not concern only air travel!!! (Just think about it to see how much they spit in our faces and in your faces: are the 80plus or the 90plus (who have been considered the top priority social category on platforms…) those who don’t take one airline trip after another?? Are they the target group? No indeed! The main target group of the airline industry is all those who wouldn’t need to be platformed!)
The Israeli experts on lockdowns are crystal clear: a “pass to circulate” will be required to enter stadiums, concerts, malls… In the future, as things develop—we say it now—there will be “guarded sectors of cities” (or “new cities”) that will require the same “passport.” Employers will demand/impose it (alongside platforms), and so on and so forth… There isn’t even half an argument in favor of the “digital pass to circulate” / digital profiling that doesn’t reek of neo-neo-fascism; and, of course, it is not a “temporary measure” that will be overcome once the pandemic is history… No!!! It is an inseparable part of the “new normality”! Of the new capitalist and state methods of controlling the social factory; that is, the totality of social relations.
The accumulation
Some (perhaps many…) make the same tragic mistake as with the syringes. Just as, that is, they have swallowed the idea that the platforms for genetic modification of human cells are vaccines because a syringe is used (while vaccines have never modified cells genetically!..), so they think that the “vaccination certificates” will be something like various kinds of paper “certificates”; or, at least, like existing paper passports… No relation whatsoever!!!
A paper that would say “vaccinated” along with two signatures and three stamps IS NOT at all what the bioinformatics-security complex wants!! Various scammers, either stupid or corrupt, say “But what are you saying? And to go to Saudi Arabia you need a vaccination certificate for meningitis! So simple….”
Scammers! The first tangible difference is that now there is the infamous “QR” coding. Just like every barcode (from those that products have and, now, the product-human) so do QR codes point to a digital database where there (and only there) “identity is recognized” (that is, where this barcode points to). In this whole story with the… broad avenue, this is the “key”: the creation of digital databases of personal health data that will be accessible to the various versions of the bosses for whatever use they want.
An example to make this first element understandable. They say that the aviation industry (airlines – but also shipping companies, trains, buses…) has the right to know whether you are “infectious” or not (in relation to covid…) in order to protect others from you… If the aviation industry has such a “right” regarding covid (based on the medical-fascist and absolutely debunked theorem that “asymptomatic people are infectious”…), why doesn’t it have this right for every mild contagious illness, such as flu? Therefore, your “travel permit” (i.e. the database of YOUR personal health data) should contain data (accessible to the aviation industry) not only on whether you have been vaccinated (soon: platformed) against covid, but also against the flu… 2 – 0!!
And if it has this right, then why doesn’t it have the other one, namely to know if you have heart problems? If something happens to you during the trip and it can’t help you? It should be able to… So your QR code, that is, the basis of your personal health data, should also include such information… And since it will have this right, why shouldn’t it have the right to know your psychological history? If you have a panic attack? If you’re likely to exhibit some aggression towards other passengers? Put that in there too – well…
And if it has the right to know the above, with simple use of your QR code, why shouldn’t it know if you are a “criminal element”? If you are a tax evader preparing to leave the country? Of course, this goes beyond “health data” – but that’s the beginning! It also goes beyond the (so far) responsibilities of the aviation industry… Never mind: your QR code will refer to your digitized life history, to your digital file, which will be somewhere in the “cloud”, and will constantly accumulate/process your personal data… Welcome to the “democratic” social credit systems!!!
Here is one strategically important difference between the “paper” you used to get from a doctor or hospital to confirm you had the meningitis vaccine, compared to the “QR” code that serves as a “travel permit” once you’ve entered the brave new world of genetic modifications… The current phase, the “broad highway” being sold by every street-corner pundit, is only the beginning! (The bosses and their experts have been dreaming it, saying it, announcing it, and planning it for years!…)
The continuous flow
There is one more strategic difference with the “passport” as we know it; and this is yet another proof of the deliberate misleading use of the word “passport” for something that IS NOT a passport! (Just like the deliberate misleading use of the word “vaccine” for something that IS NOT a vaccine!)
Passports, as a matter of fact also police IDs, include identity elements that are static. Height, eye color, name, surname, date of birth, etc. (Coming soon, with biometric data – we refer again to the dedicated issue in cyborg 20 – this “collection” will be both digital and universal…) However, health data, therefore also health databases, therefore also “health passports”, do not concern something static! From the moment each one is born until the moment they die, their health changes countless times! Even this blackmail with platforming for the tsachpinis will be useless in a year or two; it will be history. What meaning (that is, what purpose) could the (accurate) investment in infrastructures, QR detectors, processing algorithms, storage, etc. possibly have? Only for a few months?
Not at all! And again, it is only the beginning, the starting point of this “fast lane,” but not for ordinary mortals! For the bioinformatics-security complex: health data is a continuous stream, 24/7, throughout our entire lives! That’s why Mr. Basil has gone crazy over data! That’s why big pharma, big tech, big insurance, and the hardline mechanisms of states want to get their hands on it!
Let us repeat: this is not something “one-time only”! Just as the health industry (the bosses and their allies) manufactured a “health crisis” to begin imposing genetic mutation platforms, in exactly the same way health passports initiate the imposition of generalized digital profiling as a “duty of social responsibility”… The “proper and worthy citizen” will be the willing subject in the algorithmic panopticon…
They simply won’t be controlled… They will be considered de facto healthy… Just like last year, when they were about to come 1 million…)
Ownership
The third element that absolutely differentiates the current developments from what “resembles” them (or what is mobilized to conceal them) is technology and its ownership. Traditional paper archives (from civil registries to the archives of the Ministry of Transport, and from public order archives to those of tax offices, mortgage registries, and insurance funds) were owned by the states—and were extremely immobile. The fact that they were owned by the states meant (at least formally) some level of protection for citizens against “leaks” of their data and unauthorized use.
This no longer applies. Even state digital infrastructures now use machines, software and other products from private companies. Telecommunications systems, which form what is called the “network”, are also owned by private enterprises. What kind of “windows” these companies can build into their programs in order to steal data is completely unknown to users, whoever they may be. And such “windows” do exist!
They will promise, they will swear, the political facades, that the health data that have started to be digitized will remain “confidential”, “protected”, in “good hands”… Even the most sincere political facade in the universe would be lying: all these can be stolen – by those who know how to do it. And either we won’t find out, or it will circulate as a “horrifying news” that some enemy hacked the computers… and stole the data…
The private sector
Mocking everyone, the minister uses as an “argument” in favor of “approving circulation” the fact that if we don’t do it (the EU member states, that is), the private sector will do it… This is exactly the opposite of what he had said in an interview 4 months ago:
… I’m not going to chase people down the street with a vaccine who don’t want to be vaccinated…. it’s possible, not us but the market itself, the free economy, to impose such restrictions that make their lives a little more difficult…
(With sadistic pleasure, just watch the video, he acknowledges at least that “they will make life difficult” for those who dare to have… natural immunity to the various forms of… That is, the overwhelming majority of the population..) Four months ago, political facades wouldn’t chase anyone; they would leave the job to the “free economy”…. Now they declare that it’s better for states to take over the job of targeting…
But would it be possible for private shops, private businesses to impose this health apartheid? The answer is unequivocally NO! Because it violates individual freedoms and rights (including those regarding health, vaccines, and treatments) that are enshrined in all Western “liberal” constitutions…
Only states can (!) violate (!) their own constitutions – as they did with “anti-terrorism” and as they have been doing massively and systematically for the past year, under the pretext of … public health! Only states can arbitrarily produce and impose “states of emergency” and “peculiar Courts of Necessity”… And when states do it, then private bosses can seize and exploit it.
Theoretically, of course, states cannot either… Theoretically, all political showcases and their “experts” should be in the deepest dungeons… But while someone can prevent any private boss from imposing their own legislation by reporting them, when it is the states that are the coup perpetrators, the only possibility, the only solution, is the generalized resistance of citizens and the overthrow of the coup’s “state of emergency.” As happens against every coup.
That’s why the “rhemadokoulos” was mocking 4 months ago, and now mocks from the opposite side again! He presents a non-existent “state – business” dichotomy (if one doesn’t do it, the other will … it will happen anyway!!) in order to mislead regarding one and only fact: that from the generalized prohibitions (: lockdowns…) to the (initially) health-related apartheid, the form of state that has taken over, through successive coups, the service of the most aggressive and violent interests of capital – those of the bio-information-security complex.
The “details”
So the matter is heading into the murky waters of evolving inter-capitalist competition…
We have already mentioned that digital passports of this kind will entail (for those who move from state to state) that the “check-in” process of the QR code anywhere will mean access to the digital file of the X traveler, that is, to the digital database of their “nation-state”. The “national digital databases” must be compatible with each other, which means uniform technology, algorithms that, if not identical, will be able to “collaborate” with each other, uniform standardization, uniform language, etc. And in this process, the state that defines the “standard” will impose it on all the others; and, most likely, it will have the upper hand in “extracting” (even from under the table) data from the national databases of other states.
That’s why the king of France and all of Europe, Macron, still hesitates. His kingdom already has such a database – but how will he prevent the “infiltration,” legal or not, of “foreign forces” even within Europe? Such as, for example, the German state?
Ms. Merkel (according to Greek sources and translations…) said yesterday the following (the emphasis is ours):
…The basic elements that it should contain have been defined by the European Commission and the member states. And now the assignment has been made by the Ministry of Health. The European Commission needs about three months in order to create the technical conditions, and this is approximately the timeframe that Minister of Health Jens Spahn has also set for the development of such an undertaking, so that in a reasonable time from many member states – I would say from all – national vaccination certificates will have been developed, which, through the portal at European level, will be compatible with each other, in order to make travel within the EU possible with more information and perhaps this could become the basis also for entry into the EU from third countries….
This latter issue (interstate competition…) is, on a large, global scale, what also happens on a smaller scale within the EU: for example, will Beijing, Moscow, or Washington be forced to adapt their digital passport systems that they impose within their borders to European specifications (so that their citizens can travel to the Schengen area…) or will the opposite happen? In short: who will impose their specifications on the rest of the world and, consequently, the “rules for exchanging personal health data from state to state”? The one with the largest population and therefore, potentially, the most tourists? The one who acts first? The one who blackmails most successfully? And let’s not talk about weaker states: these will be forced to surrender to the winner; or to whoever they have the closest dealings/exchanges with.
Anyway, whichever version it is, it is to our detriment. However, this is also a dimension of the violent transition to the norms of the 4th industrial revolution….
