Immunity passports

They said that the excellent prime minister of hellastan had a brilliant idea: health passports in order to create a “fast lane” for intra-European international travel!
Really? Is the excellent one so smart? Not at all! He’s also a puppet for the bosses’ will, just like the previous one, like political figures in general. With the corresponding compromises of course – for the development of the country…

The idea that we can discuss any “product” of capitalist-organized societies with the unfailing naivety of time’s inertia, where what was valid a century ago is automatically valid today (and will be valid a century from now…), is criminal. And not only from an intellectual point of view. This applies to everything; it certainly applies to anything that has been called “medicine,” “drugs,” “vaccines.” How the health industry and the pharmaceutical industry have evolved and developed in relation to other industries (chemical, biotechnological), state institutions (which also change), scientific theories that were accepted as truths and former truths that were debunked, technological capabilities, social beliefs, ideas, fears and hopes, is a matter that could fill volumes of a real History of the human body in the West over the last 250 years.

This entirely schematic and summary introduction serves as a warning. Those who drink water in the name of “medicine” have no idea what it is about. The “medical and pharmacological specialists,” who have become as respectable as priests (if not like “gods”), are overwhelmingly so hyper-specialized (and in many specialties so narrow-minded) that to consider them generally ignorant is a friendly assessment… Those who drink water in the name of pharmaceutical companies (with the theorem: they certainly want to make profits, but to do so they must care for our well-being…) also have no idea what for decades has been the complex of chemical and pharmaceutical giants; and, moreover, the bio-information-security complex.

And since so many tens of millions of cosmopolitans are so ignorant and at the same time so selfish and so superficial, why shouldn’t they be led around by the nose like infants? Both the Western health industry and Western pharmaceutical mafias have been using every unfair to mafia-like method for many years to maintain and increase their profits as well as continuous control over bodies. There are well-documented books on this subject; as there are also well-documented articles that describe how the neoliberal manual has transformed even individual health care into a capitalist activity (into an accounting relationship of “profit/loss”) up to the kind of obstacles these mafiosi have encountered within Western societies: from the improvement of the educational level of large parts of cosmopolitans to the upgrading of parental care for children…

Alliances

The announcement of the creation of the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) in 2000, with the initially announced goal of immunizing poor countries, was considered an explosion of humanitarian interest mainly from the (still then) “first world.” With key participants including the World Health Organization, the World Bank, Western pharmaceutical industries, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, other private “philanthropists,” as well as various research centers, GAVI was constructed with all the credentials for full spectrum dominance over the life and death of millions of people in the 21st century.

Certainly, there had been preparation. Which can be traced back to the 1990s. Hence, it can be traced in the ways a multitude of “great” Western leaders saw their victory in the 3rd world (“cold”) war as the unique historical opportunity to conquer the entire planet; and to conquer it forever. GAVI should not be considered anything less than a “peaceful means war campaign,” embedded in the evolution and orientations of Western capitalism. The fact that the “peaceful means” of this particular campaign concerned what is called health is not original. The missionary vanguards of the cosmocrats for the “salvation of the world” have always cared…
Let us not forget that shortly after the creation of GAVI, at the end of 2001, another campaign began, for the protection of “security” and “civilization,” implicitly targeting the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of “Third World” people as necessary. Ultimately, GAVI was from the outset the spearhead of the renewed colonization of the planet by Western capitalism (before “competitors” could appear); and vaccines with immunization were the equivalent of “baptism” (the alienation of bodies, that is) under the conditions of 21st-century technological capitalism.
The weapons of this benevolent campaign quickly became apparent. Exclusive power of private “donors” over various states’ decisions regarding health goals; promotion of new, expensive, and untested vaccines at the expense of older, cheaper, and proven treatments; destruction of local health systems in a “scientific” manner; excessive profits for Western pharmaceutical industries through high prices for any vaccines; bribes; entrepreneurial, technocratic, market-driven perception of what “health” is… and so on and so forth.

What different expectations could one have for the western allies, who, through the financial crisis, were already imposing their will wherever possible using Wild West methods? Some nostalgically recalled the Alma-Ata Declaration of 1978 in the then Soviet Kazakhstan. There, mainly representatives of “developing countries” and the “eastern bloc,” within a completely different global political and ideological environment (those terrible and frightening sixties/seventies!), had defined “health” (for all) not merely as the absence of illness but as social and economic well-being; consequently, as a function of numerous political (in the broad sense) factors…
Certainly, GAVI, in its composition, methodologies, and goals—on and off the table—aimed to eliminate any such “illusion”! What “health” was and what it wasn’t would be defined by the winners, according to their interests.

Within this (Western) “conquistador culture” of the 21st century, the issue of recording the millions of people “under conquest” in Latin America, Africa, and most of Asia was also raised. Already from the “decade of celebration,” the 1990s, the English establishment Economist repeatedly insisted on the necessity for these populations to acquire (police) identity—through granting each and every one a minimum property ownership in land. According to the rhetoric of the Economist, the lack of recording these people condemned them to eternal poverty: they were not legally recognized subjects/individuals, therefore they could not obtain a loan from any bank since they had nothing as collateral, and thus they could not “develop.” In reality, the flagship of Anglo-American capitalism/imperialism, through this “minimum land ownership” that would give “identity to the underdeveloped,” wanted to dissolve traditional communal cultures and the collective ownership of land, quite common among poor farmers, which hindered the invasion of Western landlords through the purchase of vast areas.
However, the issue of “recording” and “identity” of the invisible had come not to disappear…

The philanthropic persistence of Western bosses for the “development” of the planet’s poor seems to have intensified as, after the outbreak of the latest spasm of the capitalist crisis in 2009, they began to perceive that their “competitors” (primarily Chinese capitalism) threaten to take the bite out of their mouths: a large part of these poor and non-existent people. In 2015, during the general assembly of UN member states, a declaration / wish list for “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) was approved worldwide. It was a set of 17 “interconnected goals,” from ending poverty and hunger, restoring health and education, to addressing climate change, responsible production and consumption. All this was supposed to progress by 2030; hence, the “peace on earth” agenda was named Agenda 2030.

Amidst this grandly humanitarian plan, in May 2016, a meeting took place at the UN offices in New York. Four hundred individuals, directly or indirectly connected to the increasingly “hungry” bioinformatics-security complex, concluded that these SDGs would not be achieved as long as 1.5 billion people lack any form of recognized identity. From that meeting was born a new P.P.B., a new public-private partnership, aimed at promoting digital identification (initially) for the citizens of the “third world”…. Their digital dossier. This is the legendary project ID2020.

How, however, could so many millions of scattered “poor”, legally non-existent, be “identified” (and moreover digitally)? With land ownership titles? No, there was a better idea: With their mandatory vaccination! Perfect!!! Western humanism, especially when it is state/corporate, always has a nasty trick hidden up its sleeve!!! GAVI became a partner of ID2020 or the other way around. (It doesn’t matter: practically it’s the same mechanisms, the same “partners”, the same businesses…) A new acronym was created, VCI: Vaccination Credential Initiative… With so many names, many would get confused about what is what: it is a replication of the business tactic of mature capitalism, where conglomerates hide shell companies in their guts, which in turn hide other front companies, which in turn… so that it is difficult without specialized research and data mining in the most unlikely places to find out who owns what…

First World

As it owes to its very (and ambitious) nature, the EU makes five-year plans for various issues. Including health care. The “3rd Health Programme” (2014 – 2020) had a financial endowment of 450 million euros. It covered all major areas of health (whether open or not: of the European health industry) – and vaccinations.
Was there a vaccination issue in the EU in the 2010s? There was. Vaccine hesitancy. The terminology is not an EU inspiration, but of another bureaucratic committee of the WHO, the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE), which means the Group of Strategic Advisors for Immunization. Very interested in immunization!… Therefore, it would not surprise anyone to learn that SAGE and GAVI are something more than communicating vessels… With all that this means.

So what was the “vaccine problem” that occupied the entire SAGE and subsequently the entire EU? From an establishment perspective, the problem is called “anti-vaxxers” – people considered far more dangerous than flat earthers! But if someone has the appetite to delve into the history of the “vaccine problems” issue, they will discover that historically, anti-vaxxers point to “something” that is not of their imagination. When the American state legislated in 1982 that it would exempt pharmaceutical companies from legal (and financial) responsibility for side effects of their vaccines (while tens of thousands of lawsuits had already accumulated for such side effects in childhood vaccines), what would one expect educated and well-informed, often “alternative” (from the ’60s and ’70s) parents of one or two children in the US to do? And when a series of European states legislated the same? What?
It’s easy to label as arbitrary or even paranoid those who correlated certain childhood vaccines with autism… The difficult questions lie elsewhere. Why did (most) Western states decide to protect pharmaceutical cartels from the legal (and therefore financial) consequences of serious damage caused by their vaccines, especially certain childhood ones, when these damages were rare? And furthermore: given that vaccines were a small part of pharmaceutical companies’ production and profitability in the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s, did they perhaps change some ingredients in vaccine production to reduce costs, resulting in traditionally safe vaccines (like childhood vaccines) becoming dangerous?
It’s convenient to blame paranoia (of anti-vaxxers)… But the real issue lies in capitalist production. Just as it happened extensively with food and beverages, so too with drugs (and vaccines) – the big party began when chemical and pharmaceutical companies became the state! And that’s exactly why the “customers” are not to blame at all!!! Even more so since upper-class families stopped having 4 or 5 children – having 1 or at most 2 became a target of multiplied interest and protection. One would expect that a Western secular middle-class family would face the sudden serious neurological problems of their only child in the ’80s, ’90s, and ’00s in the same way that an average (more religious) family would have in 1930, who typically had at least three and usually more children.

The fact that in the 2010s various international institutions of the elites began to deal with vaccine hesitancy has a direct relationship with the fact that vaccines had begun to acquire political and economic content far beyond public health itself!!! Of course, the declared target of GAVI was, already, the “third world.” But why should the “first” be excluded from digital identification;

Thus, from the heart of the EU’s “3rd health programme”, the intention for digital recording of the vaccinated emerged! You understood correctly: the European “digital vaccination passport”! The traces indelible. A study published in 2018 titled “The State of Vaccine Confidence” (2018 State of Vaccine Confidence). And a supplementary “technical report” titled Designing and implementing an immunisation information system (Designing and implementing an immunisation information system)!

Keep the date in mind: 2018. There is NO virus! There is NO other urgent “health need”! There is nothing—but the EU is organizing a digital health dossier for its citizens. WHAT is the invisible necessity, for the citizens, in 2017 and 2018, for such databases (of personal health data) and for the corresponding algorithms to process them?
We dare the estimation: the GDPR!!! The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, which after years of careful processing was adopted on April 14, 2016 and became mandatorily applicable to EU member states on May 25, 2018; having very strict provisions for the protection, especially of personal health data!!! The GDPR was indeed a very tight corset for the bioinformatics complex, as it seriously narrowed the loopholes (of personal data) that until then were being easily and freely exploited.
To understand our claim, one must look at the issue not only from the perspective of public health but (mainly) from the perspective of the bioinformatics-insurance complex, from the perspective of “data is the new gold,” from the perspective of the impending 4th industrial revolution and its bosses. We have already written about the significance of the GDPR, as well as about the significance of data.¹ We have NOT written about the reactions of Big Tech to this very strict regulation, which exposed them to serious huge fines for what they had done freely and for free until then.
We argue that there, in the second half of the 2010s, two strategically opposite processes were underway in the EU, with broader prospects and potential imitators in other parts of the world. One, overt, was the strict protection of personal data (in general) and personal health data (specifically) from any use in ignorance and without the free consent of each individual. The other, hidden, was the creation of mechanisms for extracting health data by supposedly “impartial” central state mechanisms. Which, however, as we will see later, were forced or willing to share this work with private companies—that, as proven, do their own calculations.

The “technical report” we mentioned earlier notes the appropriateness of immunisation information systems (iis):

In this technical documentary we assess the value of the ISS from two main perspectives: that of the individual, and that of the population.

• Individual level. The information regarding an individual’s vaccinations will be able to be continuously recorded and available throughout their lifetime. The ability to trace, which means retrieving information about the vaccines a person has received, was the initial need for creating vaccination cards or books… The ability to trace remains the primary prerequisite of an IIS at the individual level.
• Population level. The success of vaccines and immunization programs depends on vaccinating a large number of individuals, and on the existence of comprehensive, high-quality information about the characteristics (time, place, personal details) of the vaccinated and unvaccinated population. At the population level, the first prerequisite for an IIS is to have an overview of the immunization status of a population in a given time period and in a geographical area.

The lifelong recording, digital storage and processing, and retrieval of personal data (by some invisible…) is shouting!!! But something strange is happening, don’t you think? The average European citizen usually gets childhood vaccines at a very young age… and that’s it. What meaning did the technical and political promoters give in 2018 to a pan-European immunization database with “information” so old for each person’s adult life? To put it differently: why was it considered so important to have a “continuously retrievable” database with the information that so-and-so, at 40, 50 or 60 years old, had received the diphtheria/tetanus vaccine when they were 2 years old?
It’s clear (to us) that when in 2018 the EU bureaucracy was dealing with the construction of a “digital immunization database,” it did NOT have as its goal simply digitizing classic… childhood vaccines/vaccinated individuals! But (without saying it) the prospect of lifelong interventions (“vaccinations”) of population immunization throughout their entire lives! Hence the need for “lifelong” information!!!

Strange? Yes. If someone had turned back a little in time to “land” on the European chessboard in 2018, they should have been disturbingly suspicious about what is “being cooked” in relation to continuous technical / mechanical immunization, so as to “justify” (black justification, that is) the continuous digital recording of it…
Two years later, in 2020, we learned – certainly here, at cyborg! Immunization is the alias for the conquest of (first-world) populations and their bodies, forever, by the Western bio-information-security complex, in exactly the same way and design as GAVI for (third-world) populations…
With the following difference. While regarding the non-first-world the Western complex should have rushed to conquer bodies (and societies) before its competitors, for the first-world it should do the same before GDPR becomes social consciousness… If this assault succeeds in establishing permanent “vaccines” and permanent vaccinations, afterwards it will be easy to add to the appropriation of personal data everything else related to each one’s health… for life.

Certainly by the states (control), private insurance companies and public insurance funds (individual “costing” of insurance risk…), pharmaceutical industries (targeted promotion of their products), “life style” companies (targeted promotion of “healthy lifestyles”)… and so on and so forth…

Cards, passports, certificates: take care!!!

No covid 19 was needed to set all the above in motion! The capitalist and state necessities were more than enough! Thus, while 2018 was (for the EU) a period of research, 2019 was a year of planning.
Here are: the 1st, 3rd and 4th (out of a total of 10) pages with instructions for dealing with “the vaccine problem” in the EU, including the creation of a digital immunization card…² Date at the top right of the first page: third quarter of 2019 (July – September). Quite some time before the emergence of the coronavirus!

We translate the yellow highlighted text – the bold highlights in the original.

Something like this continues on the remaining pages. If the above is read correctly, then it is not difficult to conclude that the (one way or another) forced immunization through “vaccines” and digital profiling as a unified method of population control was officially and clearly planned in 2018 and 2019, without there being an apparent health reason; (and without the obvious idea of the Greek prime minister!)

Since there was NO apparent health reason, a conclusion and a question arise. The conclusion is that the “health reason” (the alleged “deadliness” of the virus) came second and was constructed thus (: fear campaign) in order to accelerate and legitimize the aforementioned digital/health packaging process.
The question, which is obviously political: What are the real motives and the real goals of this digital/health packaging process? And why do these real motives remain hidden, under a misleading and deceitful campaign of fear, prohibitions and punishments?

Temporary epilogue

It is common these days for various people to declare, “Yes, I got vaccinated because I want to travel (to Europe).” Usually, this is said in a way that conveys “naturalness” or “obviousness,” with a shrug of the shoulders or with a hint of smug self-assurance…
We do not know if it is preferable to speak about the intellectual invalidation of those who so “easily” forget that they have undergone brainwashing and intense psychological and emotional blackmail; who so readily accept that if new conditions are imposed on them (to travel and not only…), then that is “natural” and there is no need to question it or get angry; who so easily accept that their own body can be turned into a “passport”; who, finally, so easily accept the “up up” and the “sit sit.”

Do they understand what they are consenting to? Do they understand that the current requirements of “health passports” are only the beginning and not the end at all? Do they understand that tomorrow and the day after tomorrow they will be imposed with additional “health criteria” or/and “life criteria” in order to approve or prohibit their movements? Do they understand that soon “psychological state tests” (and criminal records…) will be added as part of their “passports” either to work, either to move, either to have fun? Do they understand that the road to hell (and their own, not only others’) has opened with fanfares and fairy tales? Do they understand that the real “custodians” of their health personal data (will) be private computer companies, with their “clouds”, such as microsoft – or palantir? Do they understand that from the moment they “raise their hands” without hesitation, demands, opposition, they lose from these hands the control of their lives?

The “technical report” of the European campaign writes, however, what they did not search for, did not want, reject to learn:
… The definition of the basic specifications of an IIS is based on the definitions made by the CDC of the USA, in collaboration with international experts…
… Beyond vaccination history, the digital records and databases of IIS allow the recording of other individual information such as age, gender, profession or risk factors…

There have been other times when ignorance killed. We have certainly entered times when ignorance, rejection, credulity, intellectual laziness enslave…
