Underground, silent, without projection by demagogues, “in whispers,” literally, a plan that, for the masses of ignorants, seems forgotten, is promoted: a European (with the prospect of being imposed as global, through the WHO…) digital vaccination card!
Before continuing, and in the interest of historical accuracy which itself raises “dangerous questions” (or, more precisely, the revealing answers), let us recall the “prehistory,” or more precisely, that part of this “digital vaccination card” history that has almost disappeared from cyberspace, for perfectly understandable reasons (!…). We would like our citations to be in our own work. (Such a “genealogy” of our criticism has no value of self-sufficiency. We have not won anything – we are the politically honorable losers! It has another value (or it doesn’t): how many / how many read this then, and how many / how many remember it now?)
On July 2, 2020, Thursday (in the endless machine) under the title digital writing machines, we wrote:
The (digital) archiving of everything, through a “digital health identity,” is not just the dream of Lord Vasile of the Doors and Windows and all those bosses he represents. It is a decision by the EU! And it is a decision that was made BEFORE the troublemaker appeared. On September 12, 2019, following a meeting between EU and NGO officials on the topic of “global vaccination,” the Eurocrats and guardians of our health presented a plan, a timeline for this digital health record – on an EU scale. We are translating excerpts from the left columns of the above photos. The bolding is of the original:
Develop guidelines from the EU for the creation of comprehensive electronic immunization information systems for the effective oversight of immunization programs.
Consider the possibility of developing a common vaccination card/passport for EU citizens (which will take into account potential different national vaccination systems) that is compatible with electronic immunization information systems, and that is recognizable for use at borders, without duplicating this work at the national level.
Develop guidelines for overcoming legal and technical barriers hindering interoperability of national immunization information systems due to data protection rules, as designed by the Communications Commission to enable digital health and care data transfer in the Digital Single Market, empowering citizens and creating a healthier society.
Creation of a European vaccination information sharing system.
Can you perhaps enjoy the end of the left column in the above table and the acronyms of the “partners” of this campaign: Gavi, CEPI and others similar “fronts” of the bi-information-insurance complex’s bosses?
As is evident, this documentation focuses… on vaccinations. (Therefore, also on “health threats” managed through vaccinations). Not on other diseases. Not on heart problems, cancers, autoimmune diseases, or hospital-acquired infections… But because generalized digitization and exploitation of health information are of great interest to insurance companies (and employers), the plan for a digital record based on vaccinations, with all its richness, can undoubtedly be considered a harbinger.
We have to say so. First, these are finalized designs from autumn 2019, and they have nothing to do with COVID-19, but they do have a direct relationship with the profitability of pharmaceutical companies. Second, as you can see from the timelines, COVID-19 and, essentially, the health hygiene strategy are a wonderful opportunity to accelerate the steps. “If not now, when?” should be the motto… Third, these designs were already being made at least a year before the citizens. It’s reasonable why. In the third of the above points, it is clearly considered an obstacle the rules that were finally established just recently (in 2018) the “European General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR), which is extremely strict in relation (especially) to the protection of health personal data. Even if not everyone has understood what is happening with (capitalist) exploitation of personal data, a public discussion about the digital health record would give the opportunity to reveal the reaction and the real goals.
Instead, the specific Euro-insurance bioprofessional-insurance complex preferred “underground action” already from the late autumn, rather than exposing themselves to a social opposition that would have been devastating for them.
Do you still have doubts about the reasons that inflated to the level of criminality and “crime against humanity” regarding the alleged threat of COVID-19? Do you doubt the reasons that were fabricated, such as the “common reservoirs,” what the manipulators were and are serving, for what purpose the monstrous lies and propaganda serve, from where the prophets of apocalypse and the priests of salvation are directed, etcetera, etcetera?
The fact that these designs for a “digital vaccination card (or passport)” had begun from 2017 and, therefore, were completely unrelated to the terrible-and-horrible pandemic, would be enough to raise serious suspicions about what was actually being prepared.
We didn’t abandon the topic – it wouldn’t have been possible. On Sunday, February 14, 2021, under the title “He Falls into the Police,” we wrote among other things:

(The carabinieri and the Pfizer folks will of course be angry, but anyway we belong to different universes). For now, some excerpts from the above article, which don’t reveal anything new, instead (what irony?) bring glory to Athens… The emphasis is ours:
Digital identities and health passports are being presented as the only way to return to normalcy due to COVID-19, but they open the door to a unprecedented system of central surveillance, leading to the end of personal autonomy through coercion. Although they appear as optional, those who do not accept them face exclusion from the most fundamental freedoms.
The European Union’s Horizon 2020 program has boosted the biometric industry prior to the coronavirus, mainly in security products for police and border control services, providing funding of 1.7 billion euros between 2014 and 2020. This program included a large scale of surveillance technologies, such as iris and facial recognition. An additional 1.3 billion euros will be allocated over the next seven years.
Among those who have benefited from this program is the French technology company Idermia, which has taken 29.1 million from 2017 to 2019. Recently, Idermia won a contract to create a new shared Biometric Identification System, which will upgrade a database of 400 million citizens of third countries by 2022, with fingerprint verification and facial recognition for those entering and exiting the Schengen area.
The EEA developed a “Path to Vaccination” linked to a digital health passport prior to the emergence of the virus; the latest update to the plan was made in the third quarter of 2019. It contains details of a plan extending from 2018 to 2022 to “examine the sustainability of developing a single passport/vaccination card for EU citizens” and “develop the EU guidelines for establishing a general electronic immunization system.”
Also, the program’s objectives include “overcoming the legal and technical barriers that hinder the interoperability of national immunization information systems,” while emphasizing the need to strengthen collaborations with the World Health Organization, the Strategic Advisory Group on Immunization (SAGE), and Gavi [note: Mr. Vasilis, Lord of the Doors and Windows…] among others, and supporting research and innovation through Horizon 2020…
This article says – and the unstoppable machine doesn’t belong to those who “fall from the clouds”! The plan for digital archiving is not only real (the official documents are undeniable!) but has already begun, and for European citizens, not just the “foreign” ones: with the electronic recording/archiving of everything that is platformed (sorry! we should have said “relaxing”…). The fact that it hasn’t been officially announced/imposed so far in European countries is due to two “tactics” causes. First, the number of “relaxers” is still small, while the resistance to “relaxing” remains strong. Therefore, if the order for mandatory (health-related) digital archiving comes out now, it is quite likely that there will be serious (and completely fair!) reactions from below. Second, not all European countries have the infrastructure and software ready. Lithuania, Croatia, and Romania are clearly ahead; others are surely working secretly, in collaboration with digital filing and surveillance companies. Beyond that, we learn that Western bosses and their big tech mafias are trying to “move” (“experimentally” always…) to other points in the planet; especially in Africa…
The Eλληνistan? The official alliance with the “mysterious” Palantir and the Microsoft says a lot. (More and very detailed about the first one in cyborg 20…)
It seems that European countries/elites are ready and determined to cut the last thread of the illusion of “democracy,” “freedom,” “privacy,” and “individual rights” off the table, driven by the 4th Industrial Revolution, and building their national digital dossiers of citizens, starting with (and not stopping at!) surveillance… Above all, it’s about the health – of the machine!!
The sudden wave of the health crusade campaign has faded somewhat, but they will use all their resources to prevent the radical, political formation of a competitive (necessarily: contemporary anti-capitalist/anti-capitalist) and determined bloc that could expose and block their plans. They will use all means to that end.

(For Sarajevo / unstoppable machine, don’t doubt which side it will be on… And let them rage as much as they want!)
There is still one thing left. The “interoperability” of these digital national digital health records. It’s not enough that each state has its own “health record” that allows disciplined citizens to move where others are prohibited. They should (the first ones) be able to move initially within the Schengen zone and, subsequently, anywhere on the planet. This means that when their “cards” are scanned, they should have access (even basic) to the health data (and not only…) of the carrier in the “national database” that corresponds to them. Which means that French or Greek data should be available to the Romanian or Maltese state, and vice versa. And how and when will this happen? After how many negotiations? We don’t know. Nor do we know when or how the “interoperability” of the health data of European citizens with the Russian, Chinese, Cuban, or Iranian state will be achieved – the reference is indicative. Here it is a struggle of state powers for the “new gold”; it’s not a joke!
There are other political/technical issues that we will address in the future. However, none of them should (put us) to sleep; they must not legitimize inaction, excuses for apathy, compromises….
What if you found out that the above plan was moving forward, and moreover that the Hellenic was being included among the “pioneers”? It’s moving forward as we said: on the surface… But it’s moving forward:
We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of EUVABECO (“European post-COVID-19 vaccination”) on January 1, 2024, which aims to create conditions for innovative vaccination practices in Europe. The program will run for 30 months and is largely supported by the European Commission [code: the well-known Ursula…] with funding from the EU4Health program. It is coordinated by the University of Crete, with a consortium that brings together fourteen (14) partners from nine (9) countries, for a total budget of 8.4 million euros.
Great joy!!! Who are these fourteen (14) partners interested in the “innovative vaccination practices in Europe” (which, as we will see later, culminate in the “digital vaccine certificate”)?

And what a list of members in “vaccines Europe”!!! Even the famous American Pfizer and Moderna are… Europe! (It’s like this: whenever capital is convenient, it has no homeland…)
Not to restore the trust of millions of citizens in its actions, but rather speaking-to-itself (and with the professional demagogues who take on the “serving” of those actions, if and whenever necessary), the European bureaucracy/Council (i.e., the political showrooms of the EU) fully announced on May 3, 2024:
Responding to the critical need to restore trust in vaccination programs, the European Council proposed a series of actions in 2018 aimed at strengthening cooperation against diseases treated with vaccines. This led in 2019 to a study by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) that explored the sustainability of the European Vaccination Card (EVC). The study included the analysis of existing vaccination records, the creation and evaluation of EVC standards, assessments of public acceptance, and the development of strategies for potential expansion across Europe. Building on these efforts, EUVABECO is now launching pilot EVC programs in Latvia, Greece, Belgium, Germany, and Portugal. The EVC is designed to empower individuals with control over their vaccination data, organizing the management, inspection, and sharing of their records for vaccination purposes when needed. By providing citizens with clear and sustained information about vaccinations, this tool aims to promote informed decision-making, strengthen continuity of healthcare, and further reinforce trust in national and European vaccination strategies.
It would be extremely difficult to convince the populations they govern for these “good intentions”!!! That’s why, we assume, they don’t speak openly. But even then, it’s extremely difficult to hide fraudulent intentions (from the bio-information-insurance complex’s side).
First of all, BEFORE the health-fascist campaign and the imposition of genetic engineering (mRNA platforms) as “vaccines” (in multiple “doses”), the only vaccines administered in Europe were childhood ones…. Why exactly was it considered interesting and worthy of research and investment in 2018 and 2019, a “digital vaccination record” that would show on a screen what someone had done (which vaccines they had received) even 20, 30, 50 or 60 years ago? Obviously, that wasn’t the issue!!! Obviously, such a digital record (would) have “interest” if the vaccinations are sufficient, lasting and – primarily – of adult life!
They had this planned, both the heads of the bio-information-insurance complex and their political lackeys years BEFORE the health campaign began; but, obviously, there was no way to get it across to the citizens: “Oh my god! You need a digital card for your… children’s vaccines!”
In 2020, 2021, and 2022, the bosses changed things, reversed the data: they forced very large percentages of adults and minors to “give up their arms” to supposedly “vaccines,” useless and extremely dangerous… Thus, a true individual vaccination history (“vaccinated” or “not”) began to be created, which is already “data” in the hands of government agencies and their private partners.
The coercive promotion since the late 2020s actually gave “meaning” (i.e., content) to a “digital vaccination card”: the filing. However, even that is “a little” as personal data/data. Therefore, two scenarios relate to the launch (the pilot) organization of the “European vaccination card”:
That such violent “vaccination” attacks by genetic engineering are being planned for the future, so the “card” will be the main tool for recording and reading (i.e., monitoring) to distinguish the compliant from the non-compliant.
2) That the “card” will evolve rapidly beyond “vaccinations”: it will become a European health card encompassing everything, from birth to death: not only diseases or illnesses, but also daily habits; anything that can be directly or indirectly linked to the interests of organized illness. This comprehensive digital record interests many: states, insurance companies, employers, tech giants (who are in power), advertisers…
One doesn’t exclude the other. It’s perfectly possible to “run” both. So while in 2017, 2018, and 2019, European bureaucracy and business bosses “hoped” for a shock-with-a-“vaccination”-salvation-for-the-entire-population, in the post-covid-19 period they are stepping on more firmly (;) with the experience they gained, organizing more confidently (;) the surveillance, which is their main goal!
They wouldn’t, of course, say that openly; as they had also hidden (while knowing) that the infamous platforms were products of genetic mutations, and were prohibited by European legislation (of 2020…) from being used not only against humans but against any living being!!
Meanwhile, European pharmaceutical mafias (and similar American ones) are demanding the “general immunization of Europe”!
What exactly is the “pilot phase” for the final configuration of this “card,” and what does it reveal?
Initially, the answer comes from EUVABECO itself:
Each participating country contributes unique resources such as existing Electronic Health Records, Vaccination Information Systems, and paper cards, each [of these resources] with different vaccination terminologies. A significant challenge is harmonizing the vaccination terminology among these different health records, which will require the creation of a common lexicon – a challenge that EUVABECO is ready to address.
Is it clear?
First: Every state will contribute ALL electronic files created for vaccinations, firstly the “platforming” for COVID-19 and secondly the childhood vaccines. Forget any idea of “privacy” of personal data unless there is a strong reaction! Once someone else has electronic records of anything personal about you, they can give it to anyone they want, and you cannot control anything!!!
Secondly: the issue of terminology, which is a subset of the issue of language. Obviously, a unified European database cannot be created (today “vaccination” and tomorrow generally health) in each language, with the idioms and peculiarities. A unified coding must be created. And, obviously, a unified way of recording identity that exists identically in other documents (e.g., in digital police identification). The most likely thing here is that a number will be established as identity…
Third: starting from a large data volume but not the entire set, algorithms can and should be “tuned” to work correctly, without making mistakes, without confusing people, data, etc. From a technical point of view, it’s not simple work… It requires some time.
Fourth and last: deliberately created in citizens the illusion that any data (vaccination, “vaccination,” health, etc., etc.) exists within the card, which they (the citizens) hold in their hands… The illusion that, even in digital form, they have complete “ownership” of their data…
Incorrect, lie!!! These digital cards only (or almost only) have a “personal code”! Entering any “reading” machine of this “personal code” automatically refers to a database, in which all the data files of millions of “personal codes” are stored. The “card” is only the “key” – and not the “warehouse”!!
But access to the digital archive and its content does not happen solely through the “key” / digital card / personal code! It does not happen solely through the main entrance – to put it schematically. It also happens through the “windows” and “back doors” that manufacturers of the archive (and their bosses and friends…) have created, entrances that, of course, the naive citizen ignores, who believes that all his personal data is on the “digital card” that he himself holds, and that consequently are “protected” by him!
It’s cliché but we have to repeat it: the infamous EVC and anything similar, national or international, with the supposed facilitation of citizen mobility is simply the trap of rapid, on-time universal control and the surveillance of their lives, through their digital databases, windows and backdoors…
